I had one before this, that I returned, that was from lowes. I think that was the 600lbs version. Was going to buy it again, but lowes wanted 180 USD fort the 600lb version, and this was 130, I don't think this is $50 worth of assembly markup for a lesser version. I assembled this one by myself and I hadn't any issue. It's made easier since they use carriage bolts and have the square "neck"(?) on them. THOUGH, standing at 5' 5" as a man, my arms were JUST LONG ENOUGH to hold a Phillips driver in one hand and operate a ratchet in the other. Was admittedly, not the most comfortable thing, but it more than worked. Went together fine, and is one of those things that if it's poorly assembled on your end it's going to fail.Pros:-Easy assembly, the instructions are kind of lacking, but this was easy to assemble that it wasn't terribly necessary to read. Only thing I needed to know was parts orientation here or there. Also, love the fact that the parts come in a vacuum wrapped plastic and are numbered.-Works as stated. NOW, IN NO WAY WILL I EVER PUSH THIS TO THE 1200LB limit. BUT today alone, put about 300+LBS of stone that I dug out of my lawn from the previous home owners who apparently threw landscape stones where ever. My lawnmower blades thank you, previous owners. At 300lbs wasn't too hard to move and I was going over some hard to maneuver tree roots.-Hackable. Since there are slots on the side, you can do a lot of fun non-permanent mods. Like wooden fence guard so you can stack dirt/leaves higher in it and don't have to make as many trips. Things that aren't heavy but bulky and don't compact that well.Cons:-Dumping: NOW this claimed to be redesigned for dumping, to ensure everything comes out of the basket/hopper, not so much. It's not terrible.-Sharp edges during assembly and metal splinters. I only got one metal splinter, but there was a lot of metal dust/shavings in this product. And there are parts where the weld is quite messy. NOT BAD per say, but not cleaned up either. None of the welds looked incomplete or like they'd cause structural issues, but since they were globbed on, means there were some peaks that they didn't file down, and can catch and snag you if you're not careful. Conclusion:Easy to assemble and is really only as strong as you are at tightening the bolts. I had one slightly deformed washer for the wheel where a part of it was cut off so it was a circle with like a 1/10th cut off, just was odd, thought at first it was cut that way to fit inside a space and prevent rotation, no just an error. At $130, totally worth it, does more than a wheel barrow, easier to control, cheaper than lowe's offering of the lesser weight rated product by the same company. THOUGH SHOP AROUND, even on Amazon. I've only noticed this trend a handful of times, where 20 listings are there for the exact same product with 20 different prices. VERY WEIRD. I noticed that with a bluetooth speaker I bought. I would definitely recommend this. This is a HEAVY DUTY cart! The box arrived a bit beat-up, but nothing was damaged and all parts were intact. The assembly instructions were crystal clear, and all of the hardware pieces were numbered which matched the instructions. The hardware packet was taped to a piece of cardboard inside the box, so don't throw out the packing until you make sure you have the hardware. It took me about a half hour to assemble it. I used a large flat-blade screwdriver, and a ratchet wrench with metric sockets to put it together. The instructions show the use of a crescent wrench, and that would work, but that's one tool I never use. The cart rolls easily on the large 13" wheels. The quick-release for the dump bed works flawlessly, and the pull handle converts to a tow handle to attach to your riding lawn mower in mere seconds. Buy one. You'll LOVE it!I put this cart to work on day one. So far I have moved a cubic yard of river rock, several cubic yards of dirt and debris, no issues and no complaints. I especially like the convertible handle that allows me to attach the cart to my tractor; very handy when moving heavy loads. The dump feature is also fantastic, even when the cart is topped off with heavy materials I was able to dump the contents. It took about 30 minutes to assemble the cart with no special tools or difficulties. The instructions were easy to read and all the parts were easily identified.I bought this for my wife to use for gardening and yard work. I was always hesitant about buying it because the cargo bed was plastic. After putting it together, we both realized how sturdy it actually is. It’s so easy to maneuver and change the handle to pull it with your lawn tractor or side by side. Also, the dump function is easy to release and lock in place. I’m truly satisfied with the gorilla cart and my wife really loves it. I give it 5 stars plus and feel it was worth the cost. I believe it will last for years.
