After spending the last couple of years using a 36 roll case of ULINE's industrial tape I am finally free from tape torture. I was seduced by the price of cheap tape and thought wow I can really save money. Shortly after I started using cheap tape I realized I was wrong. Buying a more expensive quality tape like Duck brand tape would have actually saved me money.Uline TapePros Length of tape on the rollCons Prone to wrinkling almost never rolls on smooth Tape itself not very durable Has adhesion problems Requires the use of 2 to 3 times the amount of tape to safely do the same job End up wasting a lot tape do to tearing or other problems Takes longer to sufficiently seal boxesDuck’s tapePro’s Is not prone to wrinkling so it rolls on easily. The tape sticks first time every time. Tape is durable and not prone to splitting. Less tape is needed then the cheap tapes. Ease of use means less time wasted.Cons Wish the rolls were twice as long.Duck's tape has a higher price when you buy it but I feel it actually costs less when you take into consideration everything. Duck brand tape will be my tape of choice moving forward.
