Great tape, stretch is much better than the standard athletic tape, even though it is clearly more expensive. Sticks well to both itself & skin. Knocked off one star for the residue that is left behind on your skin from it but it comes off after some vigorous washing. Prefer the black tape personally to the white & this particular purchase included the wider version which in my case means I used a little less each time.
