My previous laptop screen broke when Kitty walked over the screen with the mouse on the 'arm rest' of the laptop (the bottom of the keyboard area). My mistake. I left the mouse there so she wouldn't walk on the monitor, but not having the lid all the way down didn't slow her down.So Dear Husband helped me choose this monitor, and he did the replacement. I've been using my new monitor/screen for a few months now and it's absolutely wonderful. I'm very pleased!!
